Geoff: A lot of the inspiration for what Do First, Worry Later part came from the second half of your "Rethinking the .edu" It was an interesting discussion that I wish I'd caught the first half of.

I also got a lot out of Kevin Fitzpatrick's "Your Idea & Why it Hasn’t Happened Yet" session in terms of deciding when to pull the trigger and get working on an idea. That session turned into an idea throw down at the end.

Thanks to both of you for interesting/inspiring sessions.

I am really glad that our discussion in the "Rethinking the .edu" turned into a "how to get things done in a complex environment" or "how to empower yourself."

It is a real passion of mine... to make sure that people are passionate about what they do.
